Linda Gerchick

Linda Gerchick has been in the real estate business for 14 years and has a well rounded track record in advising buyers and sellers as a Commercial Broker and consultant. She has extensive experience in developing successful working relationships with clients, buying and selling, as well as in bringing together an entire team of professionals to help her clients with their commercial real estate investments.

Linda was born in Nebraska and raised in Phoenix, living in the Valley of the Sun most of her life. Early in her career Linda bred, raised and sold Arabian horses. Her ability to work well with both seasoned and first time investors was instilled in her at an early age when she sold horses to a wide range of clients - from the Prince of Saudi Arabia to small rural families. She learned the art of negotiating from Dr. Armond Hamour and polished her skills in dealing with Arabian horse investments. This provided a perfect segue into real estate, where she drives a hard bargain for her clients on a daily basis.

Linda has been a part of the elite CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) group since 2005. Linda has given seminars throughout Arizona, California and Canada, sharing her extensive knowledge. She provides free tools and information to investors and has hosted many on visits to explore and invest in the Phoenix market.

In today's market it is important for a buyer’s agent to possess knowledge and experience in bank foreclosures and short sales. Linda’s extensive experience negotiating with banks and buyers through this process offers her clients peace of mind that their transactions will proceed to close of escrow as quickly and smoothly as possible. Linda has also increasingly been assisting clients with the valuation, acquisition and stabilization of REO and distressed commercial real estate projects. She partners with a strategic advisory team that consists of CCIM members and other brokers and developers around the country to source and finance various commercial real estate opportunities with a focus in the multi-family arena. She has sold over 2,000 four-plexes and a plethora of apartment buildings, office buildings, and retail centers among others. Linda has been with Re/Max Commercial Investment for the past 5 years where she was ranked #2 and #4 with Commercial Closed Sales in the world, two consecutive years. She was recently recruited by Keller Williams Commercial and currently heads up her office’s commercial division.

Carrick Sears

Carrick Sears has been with Team Gerchick since 2009. He has been involved in real estate in the Phoenix market since 2004. His extensive knowledge and experience in both real estate and finance provides clients the opportunity to strategize in a comprehensive way, ensuring they make the most educated and confident decisions in regards to their real estate purchases.

Carrick grew up on a cattle ranch in a small town in northern California. Upon graduating from Saint Mary’s College in the San Francisco Bay area, he launched his career in corporate finance. After working for Longs Drugs/CVS, DHL Worldwide Express, Gap Inc. and U-Haul International in both corporate financial planning and real estate roles for ten years, he obtained his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He chose to launch his post-MBA career with Keller Williams and Team Gerchick based on their proven track record.

Carrick is active in local organizations such as ULI (Urban Land Institute), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), Lambda Alpha International, CoreNet Global, and NAIOP(North America Industrial & Office Properties). He serves on the board of directors for the National Teen Leadership Program and has been active in Kiwanis and Rotary International.

Patrick O’Sullivan

Patrick O’Sullivan has been with Team Gerchick since 2009. He has experience in both real estate and finance, providing senior executives in a corporate setting analysis for potential real estate acquisitions.

Patrick was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. While attending college full-time, Patrick was a Sales Manager at Staples, until graduating from Arizona State University. Then he launched his career into real estate finance when he went to work for U-Haul International. There, he worked closely with the real estate team, providing financial and site acquisition analysis to senior executives, providing analysis on projects from $100K to $150MM.

After working in sales for eight years and the corporate world for two years, Patrick decided to take his experience and education to Keller Williams. He joined Team Gerchick based on their experience and proven success in commercial real estate. Patrick’s background in sales, finance and real estate will prove very useful in his role as lead listing agent for Team Gerchick.

Tom Head

Tom Head is a valuable asset to Team Gerchick. He has been with the Team for five years and is active as a Buyer's Agent for the Team. He has started the process to attain his CCIM. He has an electrical engineering background and coupling this with his knowledge of the current real estate market provides clients the comfort of knowing that he has the expertise to accommodate their needs.

Tom was born and raised in Phoenix and went to Arizona State University. Upon his exit from Arizona State University; he worked as an electrical engineer for several companies but mainly for Monier Lifetile, the largest roof tile manufacturer in the world.

Tom has been a Top Producer for Team Gerchick both Regionally and Nationally during several years of his career. While he obtained Top Commissioned agent regionally in 2006; he really enjoys working directly with the investors.

Tom is the Father of three daughters and enjoys attending their Volleyball, Basketball and Softball events. Tom's personal dedication to the physical and investment detail of the client's portfolio is second to none.
